1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and GoTech Entertainment ("cczzz," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the cczzz online gaming platform located at cczzz.cam and all associated mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of cczzz services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent modifications we may make from time to time.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities on the cczzz Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent that you are not prohibited from using online gaming services by any applicable law, and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party or in violation of any agency, trust, or fiduciary relationship.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The cczzz Platform is intended primarily for users residing in the Philippines. While we do not prohibit access from other jurisdictions, users from outside the Philippines are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with local laws. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions at our discretion.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from using cczzz services:

• Persons under the age of 21
• Employees, contractors, or agents of GoTech Entertainment and their immediate family members
• Individuals who have self-excluded from gambling activities or have been banned by PAGCOR
• Persons resident in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited
• Individuals on sanctions lists or engaged in money laundering or fraudulent activities

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To access gaming services on cczzz, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Verification

cczzz reserves the right to verify your identity at any time as part of our regulatory obligations under PAGCOR licensing requirements and anti-money laundering protocols. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, or national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow anyone else to access your account. You agree to notify cczzz immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be liable for all transactions and wagers placed.

3.4 Account Restrictions

cczzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, exploited system vulnerabilities, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other users. In such cases, any pending bets may be voided, and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

cczzz accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), GrabPay, QR Ph, and over-the-counter payments via 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Processing Times

Most electronic payment methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are processed instantly, with funds appearing in your cczzz wallet within seconds to minutes. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on your financial institution. Over-the-counter deposits are typically credited within 15-30 minutes of payment confirmation.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the cczzz Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your financial institution or payment provider will convert the amount, and any associated conversion fees are your responsibility.

4.4 Deposit Limits

As part of our responsible gaming commitment, cczzz allows you to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, these limits can only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours, though they can be decreased immediately. We reserve the right to impose deposit limits on accounts exhibiting concerning gambling patterns.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification requirements and wagering conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If this is not feasible, alternative arrangements will be made in coordination with our finance team.

5.2 Processing Times and Fees

cczzz strives to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically approved within 24 hours and transferred within 2-4 hours thereafter. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours and may take an additional 1-3 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank. cczzz does not charge withdrawal fees, though your financial institution may impose their own charges.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting these requirements may result in withdrawal denial and potential bonus forfeiture.

5.4 Verification Requirements

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds require completion of our verification process. You must submit valid identification documents and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will be suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR licensing and is non-negotiable.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All users must play fairly and honestly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and fund forfeiture:

• Collusion with other players in multiplayer games
• Use of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games
• Exploitation of software bugs or system vulnerabilities
• Use of insider information in sports betting
• Chip dumping, money laundering, or other fraudulent financial activities
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions

6.2 Game Integrity

All games on the cczzz Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are regularly tested for fairness by independent auditing firms. Slot games and virtual table games display their Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Live dealer games are conducted with physical cards, wheels, and dice under video surveillance. Sports betting odds are set by our trading team based on market data and statistical analysis.

6.3 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

cczzz reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and your account balance is debited, the bet is considered accepted and cannot be canceled except in cases of obvious error. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, our determination based on official results and game logs is final. Sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the governing sports body.

6.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply to certain games and bet types. These limits are displayed in the game rules and betting interfaces. Progressive jackpots and tournament prizes are excluded from standard payout caps and are paid according to the specific jackpot or tournament terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

Each promotion has specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet sizes, time limits, and cash-out restrictions. 7.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Systematic bonus abuse including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated play patterns, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or other forms of advantage play will result in bonus forfeiture, winnings confiscation, and account closure. cczzz's determination of bonus abuse is final and binding.

7.3 Bonus Forfeiture

Bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, request withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, or if your account is closed for any reason. cczzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. Account Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting customer support. cczzz may suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any pending bets will be settled according to game rules, and your remaining balance (minus any disputed amounts or amounts in violation of these Terms) will be returned to you following completion of any necessary investigations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the cczzz Platform including software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, and data compilations is the property of GoTech Entertainment or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, cczzz and GoTech Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or your use of cczzz services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the preceding six months. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of cczzz services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Philippine law, with proceedings conducted in Metro Manila. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against cczzz or GoTech Entertainment.

Your continued use of cczzz services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cczzz concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

14.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without our express written consent. cczzz may assign or transfer these Terms and any rights or obligations hereunder at our sole discretion, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

14.5 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for resolution of any disputes.
